This course will give you the knowledge, understanding and skills to make connections and associations with all living things around you. Being such a broad topic, you're bound to find a specific area of interest. It also opens the door to a fantastic range of interesting careers in bioscience.
Biology is the study of how living processes work to enable organisms to function and continue, and if that’s not important, what is? Distinctive modules include: - Biological molecules and cells - Genetics - Energy transfers between organisms - Organisms responses to changes in their environment - Genetics, populations, evolution and ecosystems - The control of gene expression
How is this course assessed?
This course is assessed through external examinations at the end of the second year.
