All about our Creative Media - Level 2 course:
Media Level 2 is designed to provide students with the skills and understanding to progress to further study (Level 3 of their choice), and training in a range of media related subjects, including games design, website design, film, TV, radio, sound engineering and others.
Distinctive modules include: - Introduction to production - Techniques in creative media - Contextual Research - Media Production - Audio production and technology - Visual production and technology - Interactive media
How is this course assessed?
100% Coursework. All units are pass/referred except for the final project which is graded at Pass/Merit/Distinction.
What about careers?
Upon completion, you can progress onto a Level 3 qualification that is equivalent to 3 A-Levels. This route can then lead to: higher education, higher or degree level apprenticeship or work within the creative industries. Future careers include: graphic designer, cinematographer, editor, marketing assistant, film director, VFX artist, photographer, photo editor, producer, set designer, location manager and many more.

This subject is full time and can be taken alongside GCSE Maths or English, if required.
