All about our Religious Studies A Level Linear Yr1 course:
Religious Studies explores both the philosophy behind religion and a comparison of different religious systems and ethics. It views how religions develop and what impact their ethical guidelines have on society.
This course is split into two components. Component 1: Philosophy of religion and ethics. Component 2: Study of religion and dialogues choosing a specific specialism: Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, or Judaism [the options are subject to uptake from students].

A Level Religious Studies will be assessed through exams at the end of Year 2.
