This course prepares students who wish to pursue a career in science. It will combine elements of biology, chemistry and psychology, providing you insight into deciding which part of science you are most interested in.

The programme is designed to enable you to gain understanding of various units some of which are similar to BTEC Level 3 Science which means you will be prepared to progress onto a Level 3 Science course.

Successfully completing this course will allow you to progress onto BTEC Science Level 3. Future careers include; Biomedical Scientist, Biotechnologist, Chemical Engineer, Clinical Scientist, Dentist, Forensic Scientist and Research Scientist.
