You can progress onto a university degree in medicine, dentistry, biomedical science or related courses. The Extended Diploma in Applied Science can lead to many careers including biomedical scientist, biotechnologist, chemical engineer, clinical scientist, dentist, forensic scientist, research scientist.

This course is equivalent to 3 A-Levels. It can be taken with GCSE English or Maths if it needs to be retaken.
