Kay Sandford-Beal is Director of Governance for the Corporation of Monoux College and has over 30 years’ experience of working in the arts, further and higher education sectors, with leadership roles at Tate, the Royal College of Art and Blackheath Conservatoire. Kay’s role is to advise and provide guidance to the Governors of Monoux College. She has significant experience of working with and advising boards, through her previous roles as Governor of Hereford College of Arts, CEO of Blackheath Conservatoire and her current Trusteeship of Hastings Contemporary Gallery.
Kay is CIPD qualified and holds an MSc in HR Management. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Art and the Royal Society of Arts.
