Computer Science A-Level – Starting September 2021!

Our Digital Pathway has produced outstanding results for the last five years, providing the highest level of education for students who enrol onto Computing Level 2 and 3. Alongside the dedicated team within the Digital Pathway, students achieve fantastic results year on year, placing the courses within this pathway amongst the top 10% nationwide.

Each year Digital students gain places at Russell Group universities, as well as on prestigious apprenticeship programmes such as the NatWest Digital & Innovation degree apprenticeship. Students within our Digital Pathway go on to study a mixture of courses from Computer Science to Multimedia Design and Games Development.

Computer Science A-Level is suitable for ambitious students who are interested in the academic aspects of Computing. This programme emphasises the use of mathematical skills such as algebra and logic to solve complex problems using computers. Students will learn the key skills needed for software development, data analysis and programming.

Combining well with other high skilled A-Level subjects such as Maths, Physics, and Economics, this course is an excellent choice for students wishing to pursue careers in the tech industry or simply add an undeniably important skill set to their study programme.
